Introduction

Danson Tang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) with a Bachelor of Management, a Bachelor of Economics and a Juris Master in international financial law. Tang joined Llinks Law Offices in July 2016 where he serves as an intermediate lawyer in Shanghai. He is a member of the Shanghai Bar Association¡¯s M&A and restructuring committee, as well as a social mentor at ECUPL¡¯s College of Public Administration.

Tang has extensive experience in securities issuance, M&A and restructuring, equity investment, corporate financing, equity incentives and corporate affairs. He has represented numerous private and state-owned enterprises in their IPOs, convertible corporate bond issuances and private A-share placements.

Tang has also provided legal services for domestic and overseas investment projects, M&A transactions and the reorganisation of several companies, covering acquisitions of listed companies, asset purchases by listed companies through share issuance, material asset restructurings, industry mergers and financial investments.

Tang has represented several enterprises in dealing with financing, equity incentives and daily legal affairs.
