Introduction

Dai Yun specialises in capital markets, M&A, and private equity, with extensive experience in the new economy, biopharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors. She has successfully led and participated in multiple landmark cases in capital markets.

As a partner and lead counsel, Dai has advised on numerous capital markets transactions, including listings in Hong Kong, the US, and on the Star Market.

Her representative deals include the listings of Distinct Healthcare, Saint Bella, HealthRoad, Edge Medical, Ribo Life Science, BenQ BM, Dazhong Dental Medical, Visen Pharmaceuticals, Laekna, Insilico Medicine, Shanghai Bio-heart Biological Technology, and Airdoc Technology; the HKEX listing applications for Beta Pharma, Hangzhou Diagens Biotechnology, HaploX, Scivita Medical and Ambrx Biopharma; the US IPO filing for Cali Biosciences; the corporate restructuring of Shixin Postpartum Care; the H-share listing of a Shenzhen-based A-share integrated circuit design company; the transfer of listing from the GEM Board to the Main Board of the HKEX of Viva Goods; the A+H listing of Hepalink Pharmaceutical; the H-share listing of Insight Lifetech; as well as transactions for Chaoju Eye Care Holdings, Landsea Property Management, Peijia Medical, EuroEyes International Eye Clinic, Colour Life Services, Zhou Hei Ya International, AK Medical Holdings and Chaoju Medical.

Dai has also advised companies on US listings, including Ecmoho Limited, a Guangzhou-based furniture software-as-a-service company, and a Shenzhen-based software technology company,as well as on Star Market listings for companies such asan innovative pharmaceutical company based in Zhuhai and a robotics company based in Shenzhen.

Dai provides ongoing legal advisory services to a number of listed and well-known domestic and international companies, including Viva Goods, Li Ning, AK Medical Holdings, Huiyuan Juice, and KKR’s PRC investment platform. She has also represented these clients in several contractual disputes.
