Introduction

Clara Liu began her legal career in 2010 and has focused her practice on overseas investment, domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity transactions, M&A, among other areas. She has represented clients in completing numerous complex transactions across diverse industries, including the internet, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance, consumer goods and energy.

Liu graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She also obtained a Master of Laws degree with honours from Columbia Law School, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
