Introduction

Chen Yiyi is a preeminent lawyer with a dual legal education background from China and the US, holding a Doctor of Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China, and an LLM from New York University. She is a professional focusing on dispute resolution, criminal-civil intersection, and corporate legal services, with the total subject amount of the cases she has represented exceeding RMB40 billion (USD5.79 billion).

Chen has extensive cross-border legal experience, having served as a judge four times at the Asia-Pacific Rounds of Oxford University Monroe E Price Media Law Moot Court Competition.
