Introduction

Zhu Wangying graduated from Beijing Normal University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam with a Bachelor¡¯s Degree of Law, Double Bachelor¡¯s Degree of English and Arts, and Master¡¯s Degree of Law.

Zhu specialises in capital markets, FDI, M&A, PE & VC business areas. She provides legal services to numerous clients relating to overseas listings including in Hong Kong and the US, involving domestic listings, corporate overseas and domestic reorganisations, M&A and bond issuing, and covering several industry areas such as internet finance, education, advertising and TMT.
