Dan is a partner at the Beijing and Hong Kong offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she leads the capital markets practice in the Greater China area.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Ouyang has led the team to become a major Hong Kong and U.S. capital markets powerhouse that competes head-to-head with other well-established players in the Greater China market in the sectors of technology, media and telecom, life sciences, healthcare, consumer products and education.
Ouyang’s experience includes U.S. and Hong Kong equity offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, M&A and private equity transactions. She has an impressive track record in the U.S. and Hong Kong equity offerings for major international issuers and underwriters.
