Introduction

Linda Qiao is head of the Shanghai representative office of Rajah & Tann Singapore. Her areas of practice include cross-border M&A; cross-border direct investment; hospitality; corporate finance; employment; TMT; and general corporate matters. With more than 18 years of experience in practice, Qiao has been actively involved in various cross-border investment projects relating to China.

She was recognised as one of China¡¯s Elite Lawyers at foreign firms by China Business Law Journal in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
