Introduction

Jackson Teng is a senior partner at the Shanghai Office of Zhonglun W&D. He is admitted to practice law in both China and the state of New South Wales, Australia. Teng is an expert in China-related corporate finance, M&A transactions, and regulatory and compliance matters. He is also an experienced litigator in commercial-related dispute resolution, bankruptcy and restructuring cases.

Teng has advised many high-profile domestic and international clients on legal matters, and acted on their behalf in litigation or arbitration. His clients include Orient International, Shanghai Lin Gang, Jiangsu Hi-tech Investment Group, Jaguar Land Rover, Travelport, Salary.com, Jiemian CLS, CBD Leasing, and Hunan Airline. He also frequently provides legal services for famous artists and producers.

Teng serves as a guest lecturer at the Law School of SUIBE and Skema Business School. He is also a member of the special committee of Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association.
