Introduction

Li-Pu Lee currently serves as a partner at Formosan Brothers and is a registered arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. Having obtained his LLM and JD degrees from Washington University School of Law in St Louis, Lee received a comprehensive legal education in both the US and Taiwan. He possesses profound legal knowledge in both common law and civil law systems. Additionally, Lee is admitted to the New York State Bar, enabling him to provide efficient services to international clients.

Lee has extensive experience in various fields, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, emerging technologies, litigation, and arbitration. He has represented numerous domestic and foreign-listed companies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and multinational businesses in litigation, arbitration and non-dispute cases.
