Introduction
Li-Pu Lee is the CEO and managing partner of Formosan Brothers Attorneys-at-Law. He holds law degrees from Taiwan and the United States, including a JD and LLM from Washington University in St Louis. Admitted to practice in Taiwan and New York, he also serves as an arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association (Taipei). His practice focuses on complex cross-border matters, including commercial disputes, M&A, finance, corporate governance, compliance and international arbitration. He has acted as lead counsel for multinational clients across Japan, the US, and Europe, delivering strategic legal opinions and representing them in high-stakes proceedings, including ICC arbitration, Taiwan-seated arbitrations, and mediations before the Public Construction Commission (Executive Yuan).
