Introduction

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Annie Liao is a highly respected attorney and partner at LCS & Partners. She specialises in cross-border investments, corporate M&A, real estate transactions, capital markets, venture capital, and trust inheritance planning. Her expertise has been instrumental in advising financial institutions, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals on complex legal matters.

Liao holds a Bachelor of Laws from National Taiwan University and an EMBA in International Business Management from the same institution.
