Introduction

Eugene Lim is a leading Asia-Pacific adviser on international tax and trade, recognised for his work on complex cross-border restructurings, supply chain structuring, and regulatory risk. He is the founding principal of Taxise Asia (WTS Taxise), and is regularly instructed by multinational corporations, Singapore-headquartered groups and private clients on high-stakes mandates.

Lim advises on Asia-Pacific restructurings and realignments, establishment and optimisation of manufacturing and distribution models, GST/VAT and customs planning, stamp duty relief, and tax and trade disputes.
