Introduction

Zippora Siregar is the founder and managing partner of Siregar & Djojonegoro. Zippora has practised law for more than 25 years. Throughout her law practices, she has been involved in many prestigious transactions, both representing local and foreign clients. She is perceived as an impeccable lawyer in concluding key financing transactions in project finance, structure finance and acquisition finance. Her other expertise are infrastructure, maritime, healthcare and M&A.
