Introduction

Tasdikiah Siregard is the head of the banking and finance practice of TNB & Partners and the head of the transport practice of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia. With more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, she has been recognised on the A-list of Indonesia’s Top 100 lawyers since 2018. She is also recognised as a leading banking and finance lawyer and aviation leader in various directories.

She is a regular contributor to the Cape Town Convention implementation project in Indonesia, which is organised by the Aviation Working Group (a not-for-profit organisation comprised of major aircraft manufacturers, financiers and lessors). She is also the head of the Airport Division of the Indonesia Air Law Society.
