Introduction

Denny Rahmansyah joined SSEK in 2001 and has been deeply involved in numerous transactions related to cross-border M&A and debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, forestry (including carbon climate/trading), plantations, TMT (including fintech/e-commerce, data protection/privacy), private power and infrastructure projects.

He is also experienced in real estate and property (including hotels and villas), risk management and compliance (anti-corruption and anti-bribery), mining and foreign investment.

Rahmansyah is named by Asialaw, Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer for real estate/property, restructuring/insolvency, and corporate law and M&A. Rahmansyah is the only lawyer in Indonesia to be acknowledged in Who’s Who Legal Real Estate and Who’s Who Legal Southeast Asia as a global leader and a national leader, respectively. Lexology named Rahmansyah as the only Client Choice Award winner in Indonesia.

Rahmansyah received his bachelor of laws from University of Indonesia and earned his LLM in international economic and business law from University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
