Pradata has leveraged a career built at several of Indonesia’s most prestigious law firms. His international perspective is further strengthened by a 2017 secondment to a leading Japanese law firm in Singapore where he played a pivotal role in advising on complex cross-border transactions involving Southeast Asia and Japan.
His diverse practice focuses on corporate structuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and employment law. Pradata has a particularly strong track record in highly regulated sectors, including healthcare, insurance, logistics, technology, manufacture?and consumer goods. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia in 2010, majoring in business law, and subsequently obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in corporate and commercial Law from Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2014.
