Introduction

Mohamad Kadri is a preeminent legal adviser in Indonesia, specialising in M&A, banking, finance?and capital markets. With more than?30 years of experience in high-stakes transactions, he has played a definitive role in shaping the nation’s financial and regulatory landscape, particularly through his extensive work with state-owned enterprises.

As the head of the mega projects and state-owned enterprises practice at Corra Legal, Kadri is a trusted counsel for large-scale reorganisations and public-sector legal strategies. His landmark career is highlighted by his instrumental role in the 1999 consolidation of four state banks to form Bank Mandiri. His expertise in the banking sector is further evidenced by his leadership in the mergers of Bank Danamon and Bank Permata, and the creation of Bank Mizuho Indonesia.
