Introduction
Lavie Daramarezkya is a partner at GHP Law Firm with more than a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution matters. She began her legal career at a prominent Indonesian law firm recognised for handling complex legal disputes, before expanding her practice to include a broad range of transactional and contentious matters across multiple industries.
Daramarezkya?has extensive experience in commercial transactions, corporate compliance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and investment structuring, joint ventures, and contract negotiations. In addition to her transactional practice, she is also recognised for her work in dispute resolution, having advised and represented clients in commercial disputes involving the energy sector, land disputes, non-performing loans, and arbitration proceedings.
Her practice combines strong technical legal expertise with a practical and commercially driven approach, enabling her to assist clients in navigating complex regulatory and business environments effectively. She regularly advises clients on strategic legal risk management and corporate governance matters, particularly in highly regulated sectors.
Daramarezkya?graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia. She is a licensed advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), as well as a licensed capital market legal consultant registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). She also serves as deputy secretary general of the Indonesian Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK), formerly known as the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM).
Beyond her legal practice, Daramarezkya?is actively involved in professional and business organisations. She currently serves as vice chair of the strategic partnerships committee of the National Board of PERADI Suara Advokat Indonesia (DPN PERADI-SAI) for the 2025-30 term and is also a member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI). Her strong interest in arts, culture?and the creative industries has enabled her to build an extensive professional network and develop valuable industry insight across various creative communities and associations.
