Introduction

Iwan Nurjadin is a founding partner of Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi & Partners and currently serves as its managing partner. With nearly two decades of experience, he is widely recognised for his expertise in handling complex aviation transactions.

Nurjadin?has extensive experience advising high-profile foreign clients on international and cross-border aviation matters, including aircraft financing, airline startups?and restructuring. He also possesses in-depth knowledge of airport management and related services, such as airline catering and logistics.

He has represented a global aircraft leasing company in connection with the acquisition and leasing of planes?to Indonesian airlines. In addition, he has assisted numerous Indonesian airlines, operators?and financial institutions. His work also includes advising on fleet modernisation, corporate restructuring, and financing arrangements within the aviation sector.

Beyond aviation, Nurjadin?has developed a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and general corporate law. He regularly advises clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and regulatory frameworks. His sector experience includes mining and energy, as well as transportation, where he has handled sophisticated transactions such as share acquisitions and debt-to-equity conversions.
