Introduction

Bunnasomboon Chaiparinya, commonly known as Aaron, serves as the partner and head of corporate department at JTJB International Lawyers Co Ltd (JTJBT), a part of Joseph Tan Jude Benny. JTJBT has earned ranking from Legal500, Chambers and Partner, IFLR, and Asialaw Profiles.

Before joining JTJB, Aaron gained extensive experience in the corporate departments of prestigious international law firms in Thailand and Australia. He is adept at advising clients on a wide array of high-profile M&A, showcasing a proven track record in the corporate legal landscape. Aaron has been also recognised by Enterprise Singapore and Asia Business Connect, to deliver legal updates and knowledge sharing sessions for entrepreneurs and in-house counsel from well-known companies in both Thailand and Singapore.

Aaron is an alumnus of Thammasat University, where he graduated with second-class honors in Law. He further enhanced his academic qualifications by obtaining dual master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from James Cook University.
