Introduction
Meng Teck Teh is the managing partner and co-founder of the firm with more than 35 years’ experience.
He specialises in commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on shareholders’ disputes, financial services and insolvency and has represented public listed companies, insurance companies, investment bank, financial institutions and ultrahigh net worth clients. He is the lead instructing solicitor and strategist in a multijurisdictional shareholders’ dispute which has spawned more than 60 separate suits in various jurisdictions and multiple appeals to the highest appellate court in Malaysia, Singapore, the Caribbean up to the Privy Council.
