Alpesh Parekh has joined Khaitan & Co as a partner in the real estate practice and will be based at the firm’s Pune office.
Parekh brings more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients, including developers, investors, lenders, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. He has also represented global clients in revenue litigation matters.
Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Parekh was a partner at AZB & Partners.
